MINDSET & MOVEMENT INSTRUCTORS:

Taylor Knox is an American professional surfer. Knox was born in Thousand Oaks, California and began surfing at 8 years old. He moved with his family to Carlsbad at 13 and continued to pursue his dream of becoming a pro surfer.

Taylor spent decades on the World Tour, winning multiple events and inspiring surfers all over the World in competition and video appearances.

When he was 15 years old he had to undergo surgery on his back, due to a skateboarding accident. He had a damaged vertebra that could have severed part of his spinal cord, leaving him paralyzed. Incredibly, Knox used the recuperation time to learn about the power of his mind to heal the body. It was mind over matter, and it worked. Knox was back in the water shortly after his 6 months in a body cast, and raring to go.

Taylor meet the Founder of Kelee Meditation in his late 20’s and has been a practicing for over 20 years. He is an experienced Kelee® Meditation practitioner, founder of Arc Method (an online physical training program) and a mentor on our  international tours.

Taylor’s bright and adventurous spirit, fun- loving sense of humour and depth of  knowledge and experience at the most elite level of professional sport, brings colour, depth and star quality to our programs.
